Pitchific is operated by NATUR ADS SRL. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Account data: name, email, and login credentials. Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and identifiers, not full card numbers. Content you provide: listing links, uploaded photos, buyer/lead details you enter, and city preferences. Usage data: actions in the app, feature usage, and basic technical logs used to operate and improve the Service.
To provide and improve the Service, generate the outputs you request, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show third-party ads in the product.
To produce results, relevant inputs (e.g., a listing's text, a photo, or your prompt) are sent to AI and data providers acting as our processors. We instruct providers to process this data only to return results and not to train on it where that option is available.
When you store buyer or owner contact details, you are the controller of that data and confirm you have a lawful basis to process it. We process it on your behalf to provide matching and outreach features.
We share data only with service providers needed to run Pitchific (e.g., hosting, database, Stripe for payments, AI and data providers), and where required by law. These providers are bound to protect your data.
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. You can delete content in the app or request account deletion.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
