These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pitchific (the "Service"), operated by NATUR ADS SRL ("Pitchific", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pitchific provides AI-assisted tools for real estate professionals, including listing evaluation, outreach message generation, listing copy, photo optimization, a buyer-matching CRM, and market monitoring. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis and may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you represent.
Pitchific is offered on a recurring monthly subscription of $97/month (the "Pro" plan), billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access to paid tools ends when the current paid period expires. All payments are non-refundable, including partial periods and unused usage, except where required by law.
Paid plans include AI usage subject to a reasonable monthly fair-use limit that resets each billing cycle. We may throttle, suspend, or adjust limits to prevent abuse, protect the Service, or manage costs. Trial or non-paying accounts may browse the interface but do not include AI usage.
Where offered, you may share a personal referral link. When a person you refer becomes a paying subscriber, you may earn a referral commission of 50% of the subscription they pay. The referral commission applies to the referred user's first subscription payment only and is not paid on any subsequent or recurring payments. Commissions are only payable if you have a valid payout method configured on your account, accrue to referred payments that are successfully collected and not refunded or charged back, and are paid out periodically (typically monthly) at our discretion. We may modify, suspend, or end the referral program, and may withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, self-referral, refunds, or chargebacks.
You are responsible for how you use the Service's outputs. AI-generated text, valuations, and images are assistive and may be inaccurate or incomplete — you must review them before relying on or publishing them. You agree not to use the Service to mislead, to misrepresent a property (including through image edits that materially alter the property), to violate MLS rules, advertising laws, fair-housing laws, or any third party's rights, or to send communications that violate anti-spam or privacy laws. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before contacting property owners or leads.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., listing links, photos, buyer data). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to upload and process that content.
The Service relies on third parties (e.g., Stripe, AI providers, data sources). Their availability and results are outside our control, and your use may be subject to their terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide legal, financial, or appraisal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitchific is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@pitchific.com.
